Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data and account from IS Digital at any time, including data collected via third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook) and any phone number provided for two-factor authentication.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hello@is-digital.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your account email and, if applicable, your tenant/organization name.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, password hash);
• Active sessions and any pending verification codes;
• Your membership in any tenant/workspace.

Some information, such as audit logs and billing records, may be retained for a limited period as required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. If your account is the sole owner of a tenant with active subscriptions, we may ask you to transfer ownership or confirm cancellation before deletion.
