Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IS Digital website, console, and any applications within the IS Digital ecosystem (collectively, the “Services”), provided by IS Digital (“IS Digital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Accounts

To use most features of the Services, you must create an account or join an existing tenant/workspace via an invitation. You may register using an email and password, or by signing in with a supported third-party identity provider such as Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Third-Party Sign-In (Google, Facebook, and Others)

If you choose to sign in using Google, Facebook, or another third-party identity provider, you authorize us to receive certain profile information from that provider (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) in order to create and authenticate your IS Digital account. Your use of any third-party identity provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Tenants, Workspaces, and Roles

The Services support organizing users into tenants (organizations) and, within a tenant, workspaces. Tenant owners and admins can invite members, assign roles, manage subscriptions to applications, and manage workspace access. Tenant administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the right to add members and grant them access to the tenant’s data and applications.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Services;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law;
  • Use the Services to transmit any malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Applications

Access to individual applications within the IS Digital ecosystem may be subject to separate subscriptions, plans, or fees, as described at the time of purchase or within the console. We reserve the right to change pricing or availability of applications, with reasonable notice where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by IS Digital or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

7. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content and data you or your organization submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data, including any personal data of your team members or customers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, or if necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IS Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
